We’ve concluded our open call for submissions for the Bicentennial Columbus anthology, but there are still lots of ways that you can be involved.
Visual Artists Needed. We need photographers, illustrators, etc. to help us with the artwork for the interior of the book. We need lots of them, so please contact us ASAP. You can find the details and information here.
Marketing and Release. Help us put together the release and marketing of the finished book in August/September. We’ll be holding a meeting on June 6 to go over everything, but you can always contact us if you’d like to get involved.
Ads for Independent Authors. We have a couple of spots left for authors of independent books to promote their work. Find the details here, and contact us ASAP if you’d like a spot.
Book Sponsors. We’ve filled many of our spots for anthology sponsors, but we could still use a couple more local businesses to support the book and purchase some fantastic advertising. Get details here.
Additional Material Needed. As a bonus for reading all the way to the end, we still need a couple of stories! We’re filling a 400 year period from 1812 to 2212, and we did not receive enough stories set in the near future, 2030-2060. If you’d like to submit something for consideration, please email it to us at info@columbuscoop.org as soon as possible.
As you can see, there are still lots of ways to get involved with this project. Please contact us to jump in, and please share these opportunities with others. Thanks!
