We have finished sorting through all of the great stories that were submitted for the Bicentennial Columbus anthology.
If you’ve submitted a story, you should have received an email by now letting you know whether we’ve chosen to move forward with your story at this time or not.
For those that were not selected to move into the revision process, there were many reasons, and unfortunately, as always, there were many great stories that simply didn’t fit our needs at this time.
Due to the nature of this particular project, the competition for stories set in some time periods was MUCH steeper than the competition for other time periods.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the time available to provide specific feedback to every writer who submitted a story. But if you’d like feedback from your peers on the story you submitted, or anything else you’ve written, please take advantage of our writers’ workshops.
