Calling All Graphic Artists – Book Cover Design

As we sort through all of the submissions for the “While You Were Out” anthology, we now need a book cover design.  Are you up to it?

Send us a quick sketch, mockup or just a description of your idea to info@columbuscoop.org as well as your contact information.  Please feel free to include relevant samples of your work, as well.

The design parameters will change, so don’t spend too much time on it (we’ll go over the final details with the selected designer), but generally plan on a 5.5″w by 8.5″h book, front and back, in full color.

The book cover should relate to the anthology theme of “While You Were Out: Stories of Life and Death and Life.”  Get theme details here.

You do NOT need to have experience working with book covers specifically, or any formal training, but you must be able to demonstrate that you have mastered your medium.

The selected artist will be paid as a book contributor.  We’ll need to make a decisions by February 23, 2012.  So don’t wait.  Please contact us today.

Questions?  Please contact us.
