Ohio Springs Forth Flash Fiction Contest

Contestants wrote flash fiction stories of 2500 characters or less to usher in the warmer weather. Lots of finalists were awarded free books, and our big winner was Karen Kaufman, with her story "My Best Friend is Melting."

Spoooky Flash Fiction Contest

Contestants wrote spooooky stories of 2500 characters or less based on three randomly assigned images. One winner took home a $50 Amazon.com gift card, and lots of finalists received free books.

Capital Offense Twitter Micro-Fiction Contest

Over five days, contestants were asked to Tweet a story (140 characters or less) to us.

From the five daily winners (who each won a $10 Amazon.com gift card), we chose our Grand Champion. Congratulations to Lin Rice, who took home an Amazon Kindle.
